Media accreditation
Media accreditation is available exclusively to working journalists and photographers who are on assignment for recognized media outlets, whether as staff or freelancers. The Stockholm Water Foundation does not provide media accreditation to communications professionals or similar roles representing organizations and/or convenors.

Award Ceremony
- 26 August 2025, 17:45 , seats to be taken 18:30 The Stockholm Junior Water Prize Ceremony will be held at the City Hall in Stockholm with H.R.H. Crown Princess Victoria presenting the award.
- 27 August 2025, 17:15 , seats to be taken 17:50 The Stockholm Water Prize Ceremony will be held at Stockholm City Hall, with the Prize awarded by H.M. King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden.
