Hi! I’m Martina Cesenarro, I’m 18 years old and I live in a very small town in the north of Argentina. I’m currently in my first year of university, studying Architecture.
I’ve always been curious about other cultures and ways of thinking, so I’m really happy to take part in this experience and to share our projects.
In my city, there is no potable water distribution plant. We depend on a precarious treatment facility that hasn't been updated in over a century and doesn't meet the demands of our growing population. As a result, water is scarce and unsafe to drink, yet many people have no choice.
This is what I think is one of the solutions for a sustainable future:I believe our future would improve if everyone with access to potable water fully recognized their privilege. Raising awareness among wealthier groups and promoting responsible consumption are essential to reduce waste and ensure sustainable water use for all.
