Zabeer Zarif Akhter is a Bangladeshi researcher, innovator, & young scientist working in water sustainability, artificial intelligence, and space science. He serves as Research & Technology Lead for the NASA GLEE (Great Lunar Expedition for Everyone) Mission and contributes to initiatives related to NASA’s Artemis program. He is a Research Fellow at KTH, Sweden and Research Assistant at BUET. A two-time National Champion and Global Finalist of the Stockholm Junior Water Prize (2024, 2025), he has represented Bangladesh internationally. His achievements include Gold and Silver Medals at the World Innovative Science Project Olympiad 2024 and a Bronze Medal at Genius Olympiad 2025 in New York. His work has been recognized by UNICEF Innovation Hub, Yahoo Tech etc.
